The artiste agrees and accepts that Rafael Padilla Comino will act as mediator and will represent the artiste on a NON-EXCLUSIVE basis for the duration of 12 months.
Please note the following clauses.
1. The artiste(s) authorizes the agent to publish and divulge by whichever medium(tv, radio, internet, magazines, photos, music recordings, videos etc) professional information about the artiste(s) and track (s)/ video (s)-which could be used to promote the artiste(s) for the duration of this contract.We give our undertaking that no private or personal information will be revealed.
2. The artiste(s) agrees and promises to pay the agent the sum of 15% of the total amount received , from any contracts offered to the artiste(s) by the agent and from whichever contracts which derive from that initial contract, for the duration of this contract whilst he/she is contracted to our company .
3 The artiste(s) agrees to pay the aforementioned 15% to the Agent within 15 working days from the day the artiste has received his/her payment from any event with which the agent was involved as mediator
4. In the event that the Agent is to receive any payments on the artiste´s behalf, then the Agent agrees to pay the artiste the full amount agreed upon for any work offered and accepted by the artiste, less the 15% as agreed upon within 28 working days of receiving payments by the employer.
5. It is agreed that the agent acts as mediator between the employer and the artiste(s), but but will not be held responsible for non-payment by the employer/contracting Client.
6 Since this is a non-exclusive contract, the artiste(s) may reject any offers made to him/her by the agent and can accept any work offered by any other agent.
7 As part of the agreement the artiste will comply with any contract offered to, and accepted by him/her in a professional manner unless an unforseen circumstance arises or a feasible reason has been put forward resulting in a last minute cancellation. If the 12 month contract expires whilst the artiste is still in employment, he/she must undertake to contribute 15 % of the fee as agreed.
8. The duration of this contract is 12 months. If notice to terminate the contract has not been given by the last week of the contract then the contract will automatically continue for a further 12 months.
9. It is accepted that the artiste will conduct him/herself in a professional manner at all times and will not damage the credibility or professional reputation of the Agent / Agency in any way
10. In the event of any disagreement which may arise between the artiste and the Agent deriving from this contract then both parties will settle their differences in the court of Estepona province of Malaga) Court translator will be provided.
