Biography
| Born in her native North East of England at a very tender age it became obvious to her nearest and dearest that Patti Ross was destínedfor the worid of entertainment. Her first professional job came at the age of 16 with a first class 17-piece orchestra in her hometown, which was incredible training for her. Patti 's career then spiralled, she went to London workíng with bigger well-known orchestras and singing at alI of the 5 star hotéls in the city. |

She worked for "Andy Ross" most famous for his ten year stint on the BBC 1 Televisión programme "Come Dancing" •with a 40 piece orchestra, Patti lead the seven strong vocal section, she later married him. It was with "The Andy Ross Orchestra" that Patti toured the length and breadth of Great Britaín, made regular TV and Radio Appearances, appeared in Germany, Spain and top venues such as the Palace of Versailles" in París where the band shared the bill with the fabulous "Jack Jones". The venues were always top quality, "The Miss World" Competition and Ball, The Royal Festival Hall, The Royal Albert Hall supporting names like Elton John, Matt Munro, Sheena Easton, Cleo Lane, Bruce Forsyth and working with Terry Wogan, Angela Rippon, Jane Macdonald and many more. Eventually Patti and Andy went their seperate ways and she decided to work and travel on cruise liners. She sang regularly upon the QE2 and for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines fronting top quality production shows with well known producer "Alan Blackburn " and also as a headliner in cabaret. Later she appeared on the BBC I Televisión show "Star for A Night"
She is passionate about jazz, soul, rhythm & blues & Motown and seem to have a flair for successfülly entertaining the yonng and also older audíences, which she puts down to versatility of styles, experience and a well selected programme of contemporary music. She is a sophisticated act with a great deal of experience in the entertainment industry. This includes regular British BBC. Televisión & Radio broadcasts, big bands, small bands, harmony, jazz trios, cruise ships leading production shows and cabaret as a headliner. . Patti now lives and works in Southem Spain.
