Gaucho

It is an authentic South American style action packed phenomenon!!!

The mixture of energetic stomping, heart-pounding drumming, fire, whips and even humor has thrilled audiences at some of the world's most prominent showrooms bringing them to their feet. The dynamic Anibal, dizzies the mind and dazzles the senses with a breath-stopping flurry of boleadoras, the crackling fury of whips, and the mesmerizing staccato of drums.

	The "boleadoras" follows the beat of the music or the rhythm of the "bombo drum”, and the "zapateo" (gaucho’s tap dance). The Gaucho’s hand clapping leads the compass of the tempo, the variations, and the accentuation of the beats on the floor. These are different kinds of “boleadoras”. The ropes are covered with a fluorescent material and each ball has a black light inside. When the lights turn on the balls glow and the visual effect is just electrifying.
	This dance is similar to the Flamenco Spanish tap dance – it is a masculine and energetic dance consisting of "zapateo" (tapping with the feet), and is performed by the GAUCHO as a solo.
	The GAUCHO uses the PONCHO in his choreography, twirling with the “poncho” opened, in the air, until it looks like a solid flat piece.
	This pyrotechnics display show is really amazing !!! The fire on the ropes last only 55 seconds but its visual effect is unforgettable. The show combines the energy and power of ancient fire rituals with the elegance and grace of contemporary dance.
